United Institutions Foundation
The United Institutions Foundation (UIF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization responsible for administration and coordination of the institutional development of the United Institutions, including, inter alia, governance, programs, operations, research, development, human resources, capacity building, partnerships, financial management, legal affairs, real estate, project management, stakeholder relations, communications, and advocacy.
The foundation will also serve as the secretariat for the United Institutions Development Partnership, which will bring together stakeholder constituencies in the institutional formation and operationalization of the United Institutions.
The foundation is registered as a public charity in the United States, and is independent of any stakeholder constituency, intergovernmental organization, government or interest group. UIF is funded by donations and contributions from members of the general public, institutional donors, and members of the foundations board.

Executive Board
The United Institutions Foundation’s Executive Board is responsible for overseeing the foundations work and the institutional development of the United Institutions.
